Cancellation policy

Based off the circumstances of the cancellation, if we do charge the cancellation fee this charge will NOT be refundable. It will NOT be used toward your appointment if you decide to reschedule with us. Your deposit is also non-refundable. A $100/$500 deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment time depending on the service. Once you have booked your appointment, we will use your card on file to charge a deposit fee. All sales are final. We have changed our booking policy to MANDATORY touch-ups for microblading & lip filler. We WILL NOT TOLERATE THREATS from clients who refuse to understand the importance of a touch-up. We WILL NOT give free touch-ups, not matter how many threats you send our way. The perfecting session allows layering of the product to ensure retention. At your appointment, your paperwork will require your signature understanding that this is a two, sometimes three-step process. Thank you for your understanding
